The Phyto Pro Thrive Daily Protein range is designed to be used every day by the whole family, from athletes to yogis, pregnant women to children.

In a pre- or post-workout shake, mix one serving with chilled water, coconut water or plant milk of your choice.

In a post-workout smoothie, blend one serving with your choice of carbohydrates (fruit or vegetables) and fat (avocado, nuts and seeds).
