PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Iron Chews™ by Good Health is a combination product which is beneficial for individuals with low iron levels by supporting optimal absorption and utilization of iron. Ferrous fumarate is a form of iron which has an extensive bioavailability, providing absorption of 33% elemental iron. Ascorbic acid and cyanocobalamin increases the absorption of elemental iron. Folic acid promotes optimal utilization of iron as it is also required for the formation of healthy blood cells.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Adults and children over 3 years: take one tablet daily or as professionally advised.

Before taking iron supplements, a blood test should be taken in order to ascertain the level of iron deficiency.

It is recommended to take Iron Chews™ two hours after other medicines and supplements in order to avoid possible interactions.

Should your general health worsen, or if you experience any untoward effects while taking this medicine, please consult your doctor, pharmacist or healthcare practitioner for advice.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

Do not use after the expiry date.

It is recommended to take Iron Chews™ two hours after other medicines and supplements in order to avoid possible interactions.

Certain food substances may increase (Vitamin C) or decrease (Calcium) the absorption of iron.

Caution is advised when taking iron supplementation together with food.
