ViridiKid Multivitamin & Mineral by Viridian is an easy-to-swallow micro veg capsule. This combination of vitamins and minerals has been designed to supplement a healthy diet for kids aged 2 to 14. Featuring vitamins C, B, D, E, K with calcium, zinc, Iron and other key minerals with a natural beta carotene mix.
RECOMMENDED USAGE
As a food supplement, take one to two capsules daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Age 2 to 6 years – one capsule daily
Age 7 to 13 years – two capsules daily
Age 14+ - three capsules daily, or switch to Viridian High Five multivitamin & mineral.
