RECOMMENDED USAGE
Pre- or post-workout
In a pre- or post-workout shake, mix one serving with chilled water, coconut water or plant milk of your choice.
In a post-workout smoothie, blend one serving with your choice of carbohydrates (fruit or vegetables) and fat (avocado, nuts and seeds).
