Biomax® PQQ: Biomax® PQQ with CoQ10 is a highly bioavailable complex of BioPQQ®. Pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ) is a powerful nutrient for cognitive health and age support. CoQ10 is an antioxidant and benefits cardiovascular health, cell growth and maintenance, and energy production.
Bio-Shoden® Ashwagandha: Bio-Shoden® Ashwagandha utilises Shoden™, one of the world’s most potent ashwagandha extracts with exceptional bioavailability. Ashwagandha is a powerful adaptogen found to increase the body’s resilience and ability to recover from physical and emotional stress by reducing and maintaining healthy levels of stress hormones like cortisol. Ashwagandha can also improve emotional health, mental cognition and sleep architecture.

RECOMMENDED USAGE
Biomax® PQQ: Take one capsule daily in the morning with or after food or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
Bio-Shoden Ashwagandha: For a healthy adult (children over 12 years) the dosage is 120 - 240 mg taken twice daily.
Purest Omega 3: Take two softgel capsules daily.

WARNINGS/CONTRAINDICATION
Do not use this product if you have an allergy or sensitivity to any of the ingredients.
If taking antihypertensive medication or have any bleeding disorder, consult your healthcare professional before using Biomax PQQ with CoQ10.
Biomax PQQ with CoQ10 is not recommended for use with warfarin or during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
If you are taking anti-coagulant or anti-platelet medication or have a bleeding disorder, contact your healthcare professional before taking Purest Omega 3.
Ashwagandha is contraindicated in pregnancy as Ashwagandha may induce miscarriage/abortion.
Ashwagandha: Safety during breastfeeding has not been established and should be avoided.
Ashwagandha should not be used by individuals suffering from kidney, liver or autoimmune disease.
Do not use before surgery. Do not exceed recommended dose.
