Although we try our best to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible, orders can take from 2-5 working days for economy deliveries depending on the destination. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be attended to on the first business day thereafter. You will receive your tracking number via email once the order has been dispatched. We deliver between 8AM and 5:00PM Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Kindly check we have the correct address and ensure you are either at home during delivery hours or that you use your work address. Please track your delivery online with the link provided and contact the courier company or VitaGene immediately should you be concerned. Deliveries don't always go to plan!

Please note:

We strive to ensure the stock levels are 100% accurate, however this may not always be possible. Should it happen that any product is out of stock, we will either offer you an equivalent product, notify you how long it will take for new stock to arrive, or provide you with a full refund.

Pargo Click and Collect:

Order your supplements and products on VitaGene and collect your order at a Pargo pickup point convenient for you. 

How it works:

Simply choose your preferred Pargo pickup point from the options listed on VitaGene’s checkout page.

Once the parcel is on its way, delivery notifications will be sent out via email and sms.  

Remember to bring a copy of your ID/drivers license and Pargo order number when collecting your order.

Estimated transit time:

Main center: 1 - 3 working days

Regional areas: 3 - 5 working days 

Your parcel will be kept at the pick up point for up to 14 days (includes weekend days).
