When on the VitaGene website (www.vitagene.co.za), click on the Chat icon (bottom right of screen) and scroll down and click Track my order.
Enter your order information (order number or tracking number and email address) and one of our support staff will respond to you.

Once your order is on its way with the couriers, you will receive an email from our warehouse (EazyBranch) with your parcels tracking information. Click the link to track your order.
