How do I make a purchase?

You will be required to register on the website. Then select the products that you wish to purchase. These will accumulate in your shopping cart. Once you are ready to make your purchase, click on "check out" and follow the instructions on screen to proceed with delivery instructions and payment.

What are the shipping and delivery costs and terms?

Please click the "Shipping and Delivery" for more information on costs. 

We deliver almost anywhere within South Africa using our warehouse’s courier company. Delivery is straight to your door and is trackable, safe and efficient. Delivery prices vary according to area, for instance very remote areas may be slightly more expensive than city areas. You can expect your order in 3 to 5 working days from the day of dispatch.

Pargo Click and Collect and Warehouse Click and Collect are also available on VitaGene. They offer convenient shipping methods for customers wanting to collect orders directly from the warehouse (JHB) or at a selected Pargo pick up point.

Please ensure you have selected the correct shipping method before checking out.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been placed,  you will receive the first order confirmation WhatsApp message. 

When your order is on its way, you will receive a second shipping confirmation WhatsApp message with the tracking URL. Please follow the link to track your order.

Enter your order information (order number or tracking number and email address) and one of our support staff will respond to you.

Once your order is on its way with the couriers, you will receive an email from our warehouse (EazyBranch) with your parcels tracking information. Click the link to track your order.

How do I purchase a practitioner only product?

You have to be registered with a practitioner to purchase practitioner only products. 

If you are not registered with a practitioner, we can help you find one using our Find a Practitioner form.

Is it safe to shop online and what are the operating hours?

Yes, it is completely safe to shop using your credit or debit card online , or using the EFT payment facility. All payment methods are PCI-DSS Level 1 Compliant which means they have gone through rigorous testing and certification to ensure information is not prone to attacks or theft.

VitaGene is an online store and is open 24/7. However orders will only be dispatched within working hours, Monday to Friday.

How do my purchases get delivered?

Your purchases will be delivered via courier to your stated delivery address. Deliveries take place during working hours from Monday to Friday, except on Public Holidays. If you are going to be at work during this time, we will happily deliver to your work address, just remember to select that as your delivery address. You will not personally have to receive your order. However there will need to be someone at the delivery address to sign and receive your order.

If there is no one home when delivery takes place, the courier company will phone you to make alternative arrangements. 

Pargo Click and Collect orders are delivered to the nearest Pargo pickup point selected by you when checking out.

What happens if there is a problem with order/products purchased?

We take care in wrapping our products in protective materials to reduce the chance of damage. However, if this does occur, please contact our support team at support@vitagene.co.za and we will address the issue urgently.
