The Nestle OPTIFAST® Bar Berry Crunch is formulated as a very low-calorie, nutritionally complete meal replacement designed for comprehensive weight management. Each bar provides a precise balance of 20.8g protein, essential vitamins, and minerals, along with dietary fibre, to support satiety and metabolic function during weight reduction. This clinically-proven programme is intended for use under healthcare professional supervision, particularly for individuals with a BMI of 30 or higher, or a BMI of 27 with associated weight-related health conditions. It aids in achieving significant weight loss by providing controlled caloric intake while ensuring vital nutrient requirements are met.

Disappointed

I am actually a huge fan of The Optfast Berry crunch bars. I am also aware that they are very pricey, which I'm ok with as one doesn't have a choice, but sadly the last purchase is made, the bars were super hard, not crunchy, but rock solid and almost taste super stable. As mentioned i really do like the product but for the price and the bad quality, it doesn't t make sense. The BB date is only in two months. But this is now the second time it's happened. Is it just me? Or am I receiving stock that's not fresh.

I have tried so many health bars over the years and must add this is the best by far. Not only is it packaged well the taste and texture is amazing. Bar Berry Crunch

While the bar is very filling (I struggled to finish a bar) I do find it to be quite dense and a little dry.
