Click and Collect
A. Pargo Click and Collect:
Order your supplements and products on VitaGene and collect your order at a Pargo pickup point convenient for you.
How it works:
Simply choose your preferred Pargo pickup point from the options listed on VitaGene’s checkout page.
Once the parcel is on its way, delivery notifications will be sent out via email and sms.
Remember to bring a copy of your ID/drivers license and Pargo order number when collecting your order.
Estimated transit time:
Main center: 1 - 3 working days
Regional areas: 3 - 5 working days
Your parcel will be kept at the pick up point for up to 14 days (includes weekend days).
B. Warehouse Click and Collect (only available in Johannesburg):
Please read collection times below:
If you placed your order before 13:00, your products will be ready for collection after 2 hours.
If you placed your order after 13:00, your products will be ready for collection the next business day at 10:00am.
Please note that all collections should be done before 4pm, Monday to Thursday and before 3pm on Friday.
Directions to EazyBranch warehouse:
EazyBranch is located in the third road to the left from the Northlands Business Park entrance.
The green circle is where EazyBranch is situated.
The orange circle is the Business Park entrance from the main road (New Market Road).
EazyBranch is the last gate on the left in Gigantic Avenue.
