Pargo Click and Collect:

Order your supplements and products on VitaGene and collect your order at a Pargo pickup point convenient for you. 

How it works:

Simply choose your preferred Pargo pickup point from the options listed on VitaGene’s checkout page.

Once the parcel is on its way, delivery notifications will be sent out via email and sms.  

Remember to bring a copy of your ID/drivers license and Pargo order number when collecting your order.

Estimated transit time:

• Main centre: 1 - 3 working days
• Regional areas: 3 - 5 working days 
• Your parcel will be kept at the pick up point for up to 14 days (includes weekend days).

Warehouse Click and Collect (only available in Johannesburg):

With our "Warehouse Click and Collect", you can get your products 2 hours after placing your order, if placed before 14:00 and it's FREE!

Any order placed after 14:00 will be ready for collection next business day at 10:00 am.

Standard Collection Hours:

Monday to Friday: Collections must be done before 5:00 PM.
Weekend Orders: Orders placed on the weekend can only be collected from Eazybranch after 10:00 AM on Monday.

Collection timelines & hours:

Availability: If you place your order before 12:00 PM on Friday, it will be ready for collection from the following Wednesday.

Collection Hours: You can collect your order daily from 12-5pm. Please note that collections close strictly at 17:00.

Provide our support team with your order number, as well as your full name and surname when collecting.
