  1. Look out for an email from VitaGene to 'Activate your account'. Check your spam if this is not received.

  2. Once your account is activated, you'll get a confirmation email from VitaGene. This is not your script.

  3. Your third email is from VitaScript and this will have a link to purchase the products that your practitioner has prescribed for you.

  4. Click the 'purchase your prescription' link and you will be taken to a checkout page to confirm delivery details and process payment.
  1. Login to your VitaGene account: www.vitagene.co.za.

  2. Click Account (top right-hand corner of screen). View order history.

  3. Select previous order to purchase again by clicking reorder (you are welcome to add or remove products from your cart).

  4. The updated order will then be loaded into your cart for payment.
  1. Once registered with VitaGene, follow the script link via email from your practitioner to purchase the Nourish Yourself Well - Nutrient Assessment.

  2. You will then receive an email from VitaGene with a direct link to pay for the nutrient assessment.

  3. Once payment is made, you will receive a link to the questionnaire on your purchase order.
  4. Complete the questionnaire and submit your answers. This process will take 15 to 20 minutes. Results will be received within 3 to 5 working days.

  1. Open VitaGene on your browser (Chrome). Click on the icon that opens more options (three dots on the top right corner of the screen on Chrome).

  2. Click Add to Home Screen.

  3. Then click Add and Add again.

  4. A VitaGene icon will now appear on your home screen.
  1. Open VitaGene on your browser (Safari). Click on the icon that opens more options (a square with an arrow at the bottom of the screen on Safari).

  2. Scroll down and click Add to Home Screen.

  3. Click Add (top right corner of screen).

  4. A VitaGene icon will now appear on your home screen.
  1. For Google Chrome on Mac, click Chrome in the menu bar (top left corner). Click Clear Browsing Data.

  2. Pick a time range, or All time.

  3. Choose what data to clear with the checkboxes.

  4. Click Clear data.
  1. For Firefox on Mac, click History in the menu bar (top left of your screen).

  2. Click Clear Recent History.

  3. Change the time frame suitable.

  4. Choose what data to remove. Click OK.
  1. Open Safari. In the menu bar (top left of your screen) click History. At the bottom of the menu, choose Clear History or choose Safari > Clear History.

  2. Use the drop-down menu to pick what timeframe you want to clear history and cookies from Safari.

  3. Then click Clear History. Along with clearing your Safari history, this also clears your cookies and cache.

  4. Keep in mind that your login details of for websites might not be stored.
  1. Open Google Chrome. Click the menu button (three dots at top right corner).

  2. Then click more Tools > Clear browsing data.

  3. On the Clear browsing data window, select which time range you want to clear.

  4. Put a check beside Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, and then click Clear data.
  1. Open Mozilla Firefox.

  2. Click the menu button, then select Settings.

  3. Select Privacy & Security, scroll to Cookies and Site Data, and then click Clear Data.

  4. A confirmation box will appear. Click Clear Now to proceed.
  1. Open Microsoft Edge. Click the menu button > Settings (bottom right of screen).

  2. Click Cookies and site permissions, then click manage and delete cookies and site data.

  3. Click See all cookies and site data.

  4. Either select Remove all or Remove third-party cookies.
