- Look out for an email from VitaGene to 'Activate your account'. Check your spam if this is not received.
- Once your account is activated, you'll get a confirmation email from VitaGene. This is not your script.
- Your third email is from VitaScript and this will have a link to purchase the products that your practitioner has prescribed for you.
- Click the 'purchase your prescription' link and you will be taken to a checkout page to confirm delivery details and process payment.
Customers how to reorder your supplements
- Login to your VitaGene account: www.vitagene.co.za
- Click Account (top right-hand corner of screen). View order history.
- Select previous order to purchase again by clicking reorder (you are welcome to add or remove products from your cart).
- The updated order will then be loaded into your cart for payment.
How to purchase a Nourish yourself well nutrient assessment
- Once registered with VitaGene, follow the script link via email from your practitioner to purchase the Nourish Yourself Well - Nutrient Assessment.
- You will then receive an email from VitaGene with a direct link to pay for the nutrient assessment.
- Once payment is made, you will receive a link to the questionnaire on your purchase order.
- Complete the questionnaire and submit your answers. This process will take 15 to 20 minutes. Results will be received within 3 to 5 working days.

How to save VitaGene to your Android
- Open VitaGene on your browser (Chrome). Click on the icon that opens more options (three dots on the top right corner of the screen on Chrome).
- Click Add to Home Screen.
- Then click Add and Add again.
- A VitaGene icon will now appear on your home screen.
How to save VitaGene to your IPhone
- Open VitaGene on your browser (Safari). Click on the icon that opens more options (a square with an arrow at the bottom of the screen on Safari).
- Scroll down and click Add to Home Screen.
- Click Add (top right corner of screen).
- A VitaGene icon will now appear on your home screen.
How to clear your cache & cookies on Mac Chrome
- For Google Chrome on Mac, click Chrome in the menu bar (top left corner). Click Clear Browsing Data.
- Pick a time range, or All time.
- Choose what data to clear with the checkboxes.
- Click Clear data.
How to clear your cache & cookies on Mac Firefox
- For Firefox on Mac, click History in the menu bar (top left of your screen).
- Click Clear Recent History.
- Change the time frame suitable.
- Choose what data to remove. Click OK.
How to clear your cache & cookies on Mac Safari
- Open Safari. In the menu bar (top left of your screen) click History. At the bottom of the menu, choose Clear History or choose Safari > Clear History.
- Use the drop-down menu to pick what timeframe you want to clear history and cookies from Safari.
- Then click Clear History. Along with clearing your Safari history, this also clears your cookies and cache.
- Keep in mind that your login details of for websites might not be stored.

- Open Google Chrome. Click the menu button (three dots at top right corner).
- Then click more Tools > Clear browsing data.
- On the Clear browsing data window, select which time range you want to clear.
- Put a check beside Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, and then click Clear data.
How to clear your cache & cookies on Windows Firefox
- Open Mozilla Firefox.
- Click the menu button, then select Settings.
- Select Privacy & Security, scroll to Cookies and Site Data, and then click Clear Data.
- A confirmation box will appear. Click Clear Now to proceed.
How to clear your cache & cookies on Windows Microsoft Edge
- Open Microsoft Edge. Click the menu button > Settings (bottom right of screen).
- Click Cookies and site permissions, then click manage and delete cookies and site data.
- Click See all cookies and site data.
- Either select Remove all or Remove third-party cookies.
