PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Acetyl-L-carnitine (ALC) by Your Wellbeing is an acetylated form of the amino acid L-carnitine. This acetylated form is more easily absorbed from the gut and more readily crosses the blood-brain barrier. It may enhance the transport of fatty acids into and out of the mitochondria. In addition, it increases the activity of certain nerve cells in the central nervous system. ALC is often used for athletic performance since it enhances energy production in every cell of the body and improves energy metabolism of neurons and other cells. ALC also acts a powerful antioxidant which helps to prevent brain cell deterioration, its use may be beneficial in Alzheimer's, age related memory loss and other brain related disorders.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Take one to two capsules daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage unless under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner.
