L-Theanine Plus by Your Wellbeing contains L-Theanine which is an important amino acid found in green tea. It helps to alleviate anxiety and stress, without causing drowsiness. It also assists with clearing and calming the mind and promotes better quality sleep.
RECOMMENDED USAGE
Take one to two capsules daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage unless under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner.
