Magnesium Cafe’s Mag 2 Powder supplement can easily be added to food, smoothies or simply mixed with water to provide the daily recommended allowance in an easy-to-take form.
RECOMMENDED USAGE
Take once daily.
Adults: Dissolve 7,5 g (one levelled teaspoon) of the powder in a glass of water.
Children under 9 years of age: Please contact a healthcare practitioner for dose adjustments for children 9 years of age and under.
