PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Homocysteine Lowering Formula by SOLAL® contains a combination of vitamins, folate, inositol and zinc important in the methylation cycle. The methylation cycle in cells is responsible for converting homocysteine to methionine. High levels of homocysteine is associated with increased risk of neurological and heart disease.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Adults: Take one capsule daily with food.

If you are on any medication or suffering from any medical condition, it is advisable to seek medical advice before starting any new medicine, supplement or remedy.

Do not exceed recommended dosage(s) unless on the advice of a healthcare practitioner. 

Carbamazepine, lithium and valproic acid reduce the level of inositol in the brain by inhibiting enzymes responsible for inositol production in the brain.

The effect on brain inositol levels may contribute to their effect on bipolar disorder.

The effect of inositol supplementation on their therapeutic effect in bipolar disease is unknown.
