Ashwagandha by Your Wellbeing is a small, branched, Indian herb that is commonly utilized in Ayurvedic Medicine. It is used to alleviate depression and anxiety, enhancing learning abilities and memory. It has been shown to boost energy and reduce fatigue much like Ginseng and is regarded as an adaptogen.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Take one capsule once or twice daily, after meals or as prescribed by your healthcare provider.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner.
