Colostrum Powder by Good Health is a premium colostrum sourced from pasture fed dairy cows. Colostrum is a nutritious source of beneficial immune factors, particularly IgG antibodies that provide natural immune support. Ideal for both adults and children to support immune function and promote digestive health, as well as the natural growth and healing of body tissue.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Adults: Take one teaspoonful one to two times daily (mixed in with half a glass of warm milk or water) preferably on an empty stomach or as professionally advised. Refrain from eating or taking other supplements for 20 minutes after taking colostrum.

Children aged 3-12 years old: Take half a teaspoonful one to two times daily or as professionally advised.

Obtaining the best results with Colostrum Powder: For optimum growth factor and immune supporting benefits, take colostrum on an empty stomach half an hour before food.

Although colostrum is still beneficial when taken with food, for best results refrain from mixing with food. Use consistently as benefits are cumulative.

NOTE: Colostrum does not mix fully into water – it usually remains a bit lumpy – this is normal and to be expected. Consistency may vary between different batches
