High potency Red Super Krill™ by Good Health provides a highly absorbable form of omega 3 fatty acids. Krill oil’s EPA & DHA are in the form of phospholipids which is better utilized in the body than regular omega 3 from regular fish oil. Krill oil helps to support optimal health and wellbeing. It is particularly good for improving cognitive behaviour like learning & concentration and helping with premenstrual syndrome (PMS). It can be used for heart & joint health and any conditions where there is inflammation or a lack of essential fatty acids (EFA’s). Krill is found in the pristine waters of the Antarctic Ocean and is from an abundant and sustainable resource which is tightly monitored by the CCAMLR (Commission for the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living).
