Phyto Pro Opti-MSM® Flakes provide the purest organic sulphur, a naturally-occuring essential mineral found in fresh, raw foods.
- It supports the production of essential for the building of collagen and keratin, both necessary for healthy hair, skin and nails.
- It is also crucial for healing and repair of connective tissue (incl. fascia, ligaments and tendons) and joint cartilage.

RECOMMENDED USAGE
Mix one serving (one teaspoon or 5g) into water or a botanical source of vitamin C, e.g. citrus juice or lemon water, once daily, preferably on rising.

Do not use this product if you have an allergy or sensitivity to any of the ingredients.
MSM may cause insomnia if taken before bed. Therefore follow the recommendation and use first thing in the morning. The sulphur in MSM is not similar to the sulfonamide found in sulfa-containing drugs and, as such, people who are allergic to sulfa-containing drugs may use MSM safely.
