RECOMMENDED USAGE

Adults and adolescents 15 years and older:

Build the dose up gradually. Take one tablet on the first day, two tablets on the second day, etc. up to a maximum of twenty tablets per day.

The recommended dosage is six tablets per day. Take with a glass of water before meals. The daily dose may be taken at once or in divided doses.
