2. Balanced electrolytes for intracellular fluid balance and replenishment,
3. Broad-spectrum B-vitamins to fire up metabolism, and
4. Powerful antioxidant-rich plant extracts that mop up harmful free radicals released through prolonged physical activity.

Use regularly during training sessions and especially on race day, when you want to keep your body energised until you cross the finish line!

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Adapt your serving size to your activity intensity and duration:

• Use a single serving (three scoops, 39g) for shorter activities (<2hrs).
• Use a double serving (six scoops, 78g) for longer activities (>2hrs).

Dissolve your chosen serving size into 500ml or more of chilled water or coconut water using your hydration bottle or shaker.
