MUSCLE Workout Fuel + Caffeine provides immediate and sustainable energy to power you through your entire workout. It uses nutrients that target all three ATP (energy) creating pathways – glycolysis, beta-oxidation and the citric acid cycle.
Each serving provides:
- Beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate, L-carnitine and taurine to support muscle fiber activation and growth
- Shilajit extract, a mineral-rich resin to naturally increase physical performance
- 200mg caffeine
- Mango flavour
Workout Fuel + Caffeine uses caffeine to activate your adrenals and harness the energy they can generate, while reducing the risk of adrenal fatigue with adrenal-supporting nutrients.
RECOMMENDED USAGE
Shake one scoop in 250ml of water or juice. Use 20 minutes before a workout.
