RECOMMENDED USAGE

Purest Omega 3: Adults and children 12 years and older: Take one to three capsules per day with or after meals. Users should be advised not to exceed the recommended maximum dose of three capsules per day. Not recommended for children younger than 12 years.

Bio-Curcumin® BCM95®: Adults: For the first 3 days, take one capsule three times per day with food. Thereafter, take one to three capsules daily with food depending on individual needs and responses to supplementation. Bio-Curcumin should always be taken with food to minimise gastrointestinal side effects. Users should be advised not to exceed the maximum daily dose of 1 200 mg (3 capsules).

Biomax® Vitamin C Liposomal: Adults and children 12 years and older: The usual dose is one to two capsules per day with or without food. It is important to ensure sufficient fluid intake while taking Biomax® Vitamin C Liposomal. Users should be advised not to exceed the recommended maximum dose of two capsules per day. Not recommended for children younger than 12 years.

If you are using medication to lower blood pressure or have a bleeding disorder, consult your healthcare professional before using Biomax® Liposomal Vitamin C.
