During sport you lose both water and electrolytes through sweat. The isoactive powder thus combines 3 advantages in one product: liquid, electrolytes and carbohydrates. With a refreshing taste it’s perfect for your training or other sports activities.
RECOMMENDED USAGE
General fluid intake recommendation for activities >60 minutes: Drink as required before exercise. Drink approximately 150 – 200 ml every 15 minutes during exercise. Mixing instructions (one portion): Mix 33 g (approx. 1 ½ measuring spoon - included) in 500 ml water. As part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
