PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Sfera 5-HTP complex is a combination of griffonia seed extract and pyridoxal-5-phosphate (the activated form of vitamin B6) formulated to help promote healthy mood balance and may be used as a sleep aid.

5-HTP is an amino acid produced naturally by the body. It is used by the body to produce serotonin and melatonin which regulates mood, sleep and appetite.
