NOW® D-Mannose — Supports Urinary Tract Health Bladder Function

D-Mannose is a naturally occurring monosaccharide that is minimally metabolised by the body, allowing it to be rapidly filtered by the kidneys and excreted in the urine. This selective excretion facilitates the physiological cleansing of the urinary tract, particularly the bladder, by preventing the adherence of certain microorganisms to the urothelial cells. Regular supplementation with D-Mannose helps maintain the integrity of the bladder lining and supports optimal urinary tract function without affecting healthy blood sugar regulation.

Recommended Usage

Take three capsules one to three times daily. Take with water or unsweetened juice, such as unsweetened cranberry juice.
