Endura is a scientifically designed hydration powder that replenishes electrolytes, supporting fluid balance and maintaining hydration during exercise, activity, or hot weather.
RECOMMENDED USAGE
Mix 1 packet into a glass of water and start taking 10 –15 minutes before exercise and every 15 minutes during exercise.
