PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Maca, also known as Peruvian ginseng, is an edible herby plant native to the Andes mountains of Peru.

Maca root is highly nutritive containing many essential amino acids, fatty acids and other nutrients, including vitamin C, copper, iron and calcium This root also contains bioactive compounds responsible for numerous benefits to the human body.

The colour of the root can vary and indicates differences in the active components. Difference have been shown between the effects of the black, yellow and red maca varieties.

RECOMMENDED USAGE
