Sfera Quercetin Complex is formulated to be a source of antioxidants and to assist with allergies and inflammation.
Sfera Quercetin Complex provides a natural source of quercetin, with citrus bioflavonoids, bromelain, and stinging nettle leaf extract (stinging nettle is often referred to as “nature’s antihistamine”)

RECOMMENDED USAGE
Take one to six capsules per day in divided doses.
For acute allergies a dose may be taken every two hours.
