The best cold and flu remedies

Winter Tonic 

Not feeling well?
Headaches?  Cold?  Cough?  Flu?  Stomach Bug?

Into a mug add:  4 to 5 thin slices or grated fresh ginger root, juice of ½ lemon, 1 to 2 cloves freshly chopped garlic, pinch of cayenne pepper and a little non-irradiated turmeric (anti-bacterial and liver cleansing).
Add boiling water and steep for about 10 min.
Add 1 teaspoon raw honey 
Drink slowly and go straight to bed.

In acute cases repeat every three hours.

Natural cough remedy

Peel an onion and slice finely. Pour 60 ml raw honey over the sliced onion and let it to seep for half an hour. Drain the honey and use a tablespoon of the honey at a time as cough remedy.
