Magnesium Glycinate by SOLAL® is an abundant mineral found in many compounds and plays a role in many physiological processes in the human body. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle, carbohydrate metabolism and nervous system function. Helps the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and maintain normal electrolyte balance.
RECOMMENDED USAGE
Adults 18 years and older: Take one tablet once daily with food.
Children: Not suitable for children.
