PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Terranova B-Complex with Vitamin C offers a unique blend of ingredients designed to resist the damaging effects of physical or psychological stress and restore optimal physiological function. The formulation combines B vitamins, vitamin C, magnesium, calcium, and choline in a Magnifood Complex featuring synergistic botanicals.
Unlike most B complex supplements, this product features folate as L-methylfolate and vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, more bioavailable forms of these nutrients. This means they're better absorbed and utilised by the body, even in individuals with certain gene mutations that might affect metabolism.
Choline, an important nutrient for energy, metabolism, and cardiovascular health, is provided as VitaCholine™, known for its high standards.
The Magnifood Complex is a freeze-dried mix of botanicals and wholefood ingredients like stabilized rice bran, rhodiola root, Siberian ginseng, ashwagandha root, green oat seed, alfalfa flower & leaf, dandelion leaf, parsley leaf, beetroot juice and greens, and pumpkin seed. These ingredients offer various B-vitamins and other nutrients that support the function of B-vitamins, helping the body to manage stress and support adrenal and nerve health.
