Unlike traditional iron supplements, BlueIron can be taken at any time of the day and with or without food. The micro-encapsulation also ensures that it is gentle on the stomach, not causing the common side effects such as constipation and nausea.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Adults 18 years and older: 10 ml per day

STORAGE

Store in a cool, dry place (<25°C), away from sunlight. Once opened store in the fridge. Use within three months after opening. Keep out of reach of children.
