    Ashwagandha is contraindicated in pregnancy as Ashwagandha may induce miscarriage/abortion.

    Ashwagandha: Safety during breastfeeding has not been established and should be avoided.

    Ashwagandha should not be used by individuals suffering from kidney, liver or autoimmune disease.

    Absolutely recommend!

    I noticed that while taking this supplement, my drive and inspiration was at an all time high. I ploughed through to do lists with ease, and my brain didn’t feel like mush at the end of the day.
