RECOMMENDED USAGE
Maintenance dose: Take 2 capsules daily in the morning before food, or as advised by your healthcare practitioner.
Acute dose: Only when used in conjunction with Total Body Cleanse detox pack (with Multi Fibre), or as professionally advised.
