Red Yeast Rice with CoQ10

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Red Yeast Rice (RYR) is a natural product that has been used by Asian traditional herbalists for centuries and is produced by fermenting red yeast (Monascus purpureus) with rice. This NOW® product also includes alpha lipoic acid and coQ10 for free radical protection, as well as silymarin to support healthy liver function. CoQ10 is also known for its cardiovascular supporting properties. This product is carefully produced to avoid the presence of citrinin, an unwanted by-product of RYR fermentation process.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Take two capsules one to two times daily, preferably with food.

WARNINGS/CONTRAINDICATION

Should not be consumed by pregnant or lactating women, children below 18 years old and adults above 70 years old.

Do not consume more than a daily amount of 3 mg of monacolins from yeast rice.

Discontinue use immediately and seek advice from a healthcare practitioner on consumption of this product if you experience any health problems.

Should not be consumed if you are taking cholesterol-lowering medication.

Should not be consumed if you are already consuming other products containing red yeast rice.

Should not be consumed if you have pre-existing liver or kidney problems.

If muscle discomfort occurs, discontinue use and consult your healthcare practitioner.

Do not use if you have an allergy or sensitivity to any of the ingredients.
