PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
S-Adenosyl-methionine (SAMe) by Your Wellbeing is the active lipotrope form of methionine. It helps produce and regulate hormones in the body as well as maintain cell membranes which supports brain health and memory. SAMe has also shown to assist in adrenal support
RECOMMENDED USAGE
Take one capsule one to two times daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage unless under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner.
