Beauty Complex SKIN HAIR NAILS by Terranova is designed to support the integrity of the skin, hair and nails.
Features a combination of organic Sulphur, OptiMSM®(methylsulfonylmethane), botanicals rich in silica and other structural nutrients, zinc, B vitamins, vitamin C and much more.
MSM is shown to modulate inflammation and reduce oxidative stress, while contributing to the cross linking of proteoglycans/collagen (the structural framework in skin tissue). It is a key building block of keratin, the chief structural constituent of hair and nails.
Contains key nutrients for optimum skin integrity including vitamin C, zinc, and biotin.
Contains vitamin A and natural carotenoids (including natural beta carotene), needed for skin integrity and rich in skin-protecting antioxidants.
