PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Calmag-Z by Your Wellbeing provides an optimal ratio of elemental calcium and magnesium together with the added benefit of zinc and copper. Zinc contributes to the mineralization of your bones, it promotes the growth of cells that help bone production while preventing the development of cells that promote bone degradation. Magnesium is essential for turning vitamin D into its active form, which helps the body absorb calcium. Vitamin K2 prevents irregular calcification and is also necessary to develop and maintain strong bones and teeth.
RECOMMENDED USAGE
Take one capsule once or twice daily, with meals or as prescribed by your healthcare provider. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner.
