PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Chasteberry Plus® by Metagenics is clinically proven to naturally relieve the 10 most common symptoms of PMS including headaches, mood swings, cramps, irritability, bloating, and uneasiness related to monthly menstrual cycles. A unique herbal blend incorporating chasteberry, black cohosh, and ashwagandha.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Take one tablet twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

COMPOSITION

Chaste Tree (Vitex agnus-castus) [Fruit 10:1 Extract] 100 mg
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) [Root 15:1 Extract [containing withanolides] 60 mg
Black Cohosh (Actaea racemosa) [Root & Rhizome Extract standardized to 2.5 % (1 mg) total triterpene glycosides expressed as 27 - deoxyactein] 40 mg

Coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium-chain triglycerides), croscarmellose sodium, microcrystalline cellulose, silica, stearic acid (vegetable)
