Chasteberry Plus® by Metagenics combines chasteberry and black cohosh to help support menstrual regularity, ease menstrual cramps, and support reproductive health. Ashwagandha, an herb traditionally used to support healthy aging and libido, completes this special women’s formula.
RECOMMENDED USAGE
