CHELA-FER® utilises ferrous bisglycinate, an organic amino acid chelate that significantly improves gastrointestinal absorption compared to conventional iron salts. By binding iron molecules to glycine, the compound bypasses typical dietary inhibitors, ensuring high bioavailability with reduced digestive discomfort. This clinical formulation is enriched with folic acid to actively support haematopoiesis and the synthesising of healthy red blood cells. Regular therapeutic administration replenishes depleted systemic stores, optimising cellular oxygen transport and reducing chronic physical fatigue.

Recommended Usage

Adults and children 14 years and older: Take one tablet once daily after meals, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Do not administer CHELA-FER® concomitantly with parenteral iron.

CHELA-FER® should not be given to patients with anaemias not produced by iron deficiency.

Recommended dosage(s) should not be exceeded unless on the advice of a healthcare practitioner.

Patients with the rare hereditary condition of sorbitol intolerance should not take CHELA-FER®.
