CLA Assist by Future Health™ is an essential amino acid that can promote weight loss, break down fat, and oppose the storing of fat through fat mobilisation.

Often overlooked as a fat-loss supplement, conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) only recently began to be promoted as one of the most underrated supplements on the market. Over two decades of research have shown that CLA can significantly help reduce body fat. Recent evidence also shows that CLA helps to increase muscle tissue. A recent study published in Frontiers of Nutrition showed that CLA supplementation compared with placebo also significantly reduce total cholesterol concentrations.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Take one to two softgel capsules three times per day during or after a meal.
