    Cordyceps mushroom’s primary benefit is its purposed ability to increase the body’s production of the molecule adenosine triphosphate (ATP). ATP is the primary carrier of energy in cells and assists in the way your body uses oxygen, especially during exercise. Increased and improved oxygen uptake in the body can improve energy and stamina, boost performance and reduce fatigue. Cordyceps mushrooms are adaptogens, which are non-toxic plants marked for their ability to assist the body in resisting physical and chemical stressors.
