Easy Iron Complex by Terranova provides 20mg of iron as bisglycinate chelate* (Ferrochel™) which research has proven to be the most absorbable form.
Iron bisglycinate is the form least likely to cause gastrointestinal side effects associated with other forms of iron (especially constipation).
Features Magnifood Complex, a blend of synergistic nutrient-rich botanicals that complement the absorption and action of iron, as well as offering oxidative protection.
