Vital® Evening Primrose Oil 1000 mg is a source of omega 6 fatty acids. Gamma linolenic acid (GLA) supports normal skin barrier function, a healthy skin profile and hormonal balance.

RECOMMENDED USAGE
The dosage for adults and children 14 years and older is three capsules daily for 3 months and then one to two capsules daily.
Take with water after a meal.
