FIRST/LIGHT™ Deep Sleep Capsules are formulated with advanced liposomal extracts of chamomile and lemon balm to support natural circadian rhythms and enhance restorative sleep. The liposomal delivery system significantly improves the bioavailability of active phytochemicals, including apigenin from chamomile, which binds to central GABA receptors to reduce sleep latency. Simultaneously, lemon balm extract helps maintain healthy GABA levels by inhibiting the enzyme responsible for its degradation, promoting nervous system deceleration and sustained sleep quality throughout the night. This synergistically engineered formulation facilitates deep, uninterrupted sleep cycles and accelerates morning cognitive recovery without causing daytime drowsiness.

Directions

Adults and children 16 years and older:

For the first 5 days, take 2 capsules 1 hour before bed. Thereafter, take 1 to 2 capsules 1 hour before bed as needed.

Do not take more than 2 capsules in a 24-hour period.

For dosing in children under 16 years, consult a healthcare practitioner before use.

The inactive ingredients are brown rice flour, calcium laurate, gum arabic, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (hypromellose – capsule shell) and silica.

Does Not Contain

Sugar free and contains no preservatives.

Storage

Store at or below 25 °C. Protect from light and moisture. Keep in the outer carton until required for use. Keep the bottle tightly closed. Do not use after the expiry date stated on the bottle and carton. Return all unused medicines to your pharmacist. Store all medicines out of reach of children.

Consult your healthcare practitioner if pregnant/nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.

Do not take FIRST/LIGHT™ Deep Sleep:

• If you are allergic (hypersensitive) to German chamomile [Matricaria chamomilla (L.)], lemon balm, or any of the other components of the formulation. Contains German chamomile which may cause allergic reactions in individuals sensitive to the Asteraceae/Compositae family of plants (ragweed, chrysanthemums, marigolds, daisies).
• If you have been diagnosed with a hormone- or oestrogen-sensitive condition, such as cancer of the breast, womb, or ovaries, endometriosis, or uterine fibroids.
• If you have a thyroid disorder (lemon balm may affect thyroid function).
