FIRST/LIGHT™ Cortisol Support is a clinically formulated nutraceutical designed to modulate the physiological response to chronic stress and support healthy cortisol regulation. It features Alphawave® L-theanine, which encourages alpha brainwave activity to promote mental clarity and non-sedating relaxation during acute stress events. This action is paired with a highly concentrated Ashwagandha root and leaf extract, standardised to thirty-five percent withanolide glycosides, to regulate hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis function. Together, these synergistic ingredients mitigate the physiological impacts of elevated cortisol, bolstering long-term emotional resilience and cognitive recovery.

Directions

Daily Management

Adults and children 16 years and older: For the first 5 days, take 2 capsules in the morning. Thereafter, take 1 to 2 capsules per day, as required, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

For dosing in children under 16 years, consult a healthcare practitioner before use.

Acute Stress Event

For an anticipated stressful event: Take 1 capsule in the morning and a second capsule 2 hours before the event. For an unexpected shock or stressful event: Take 2 capsules immediately.

Do not take more than 2 capsules in a 24-hour period.

Storage

Store at or below 25 °C. Protect from light and moisture. Keep in the outer carton until required for use. Keep the bottle tightly closed. Do not use after the expiry date stated on the bottle and carton. Return all unused medicines to your pharmacist. Store all medicines out of reach of children.

Warnings / Contra-Indications

Consult your healthcare practitioner if pregnant/nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.

Do not use if allergic to L-theanine, ashwagandha, or any of the ingredients.

Discuss use with your healthcare practitioner if you have an autoimmune disease (MS, SLE, RA), liver disorder, or overactive thyroid gland. Stop taking if you develop symptoms of an overactive thyroid gland.
