Metagenics GI Sustain is a dietary supplement formulated to provide comprehensive support for the gastrointestinal tract. It contains a balanced blend of readily digestible macronutrients, including rice protein, and vital prebiotic nutrients such as isomalto-oligosaccharides. This composition is designed to support a healthy gut environment and assist in maintaining optimal digestive function through gentle assimilation of nutrients.
Recommended Usage
Blend, shake, or briskly stir about 2 level scoops into 120 ml of chilled water or juice twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
For highly sensitive individuals, consider reducing consumption to ½ to 1 scoop with 80 ml of chilled water or juice twice daily during the first 3 to 4 days before starting a full daily dose.

If pregnant, nursing or taking medication, consult your healthcare practitioner before use. Do not use this product if you have an allergy or sensitivity to any of the ingredients. Excess vitamin A intake may be toxic, may increase the risk of birth defects, and may contribute to osteoporosis. Pregnant women and women who may become pregnant should not exceed 10,000 IU of preformed vitamin A (retinyl palmitate) per day unless instructed to do so by a healthcare practitioner. Keep out of reach of children.
