Ionic Magnesium Liquid by Viridian is sourced from an environmentally pristine area of the Northern shore of the Great Salt Lake in Utah. This source offers a natural and clean environment for the water rich in magnesium and electrolytes to be harvested. It is left without any interference for a further 2 years, as the sodium naturally evaporates, this leaves a concentrated version of liquid magnesium. The fluid is bottled, with nothing else added, just as nature intended.

The term ionic confirms that the magnesium is unbound, therefore it is ready to react and be absorbed and utilised by the body. An unbound magnesium has a higher bioavailability and is easily assimilated. Viridian Ionic Magnesium liquid contains naturally occurring electrolytes.

Magnesium is an essential mineral and required for normal psychological function. Known as the ‘miracle mineral’ it contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

As a food supplement, using the dropper, add 1ml, once or twice daily to 500ml of water or other cold beverage. Can also be added to food. For children 8-14 years and those who are pregnant or breastfeeding take 0.5ml daily. Do not exceed stated dose unless recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
