BetterYou Magnesium Muscle Body Spray helps replenish supports optimal performance during training and aids muscle recovery post-training.

Magnesium Muscle Body Spray is an effective magnesium supplement formulated to soothe hard working muscles. It contains a natural blend of magnesium chloride and energising lemon oil, arnica and capsicum to add a gentle heat to speed up recovery time.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Suitable for adults and children aged 13+ years.

Spray on the body and massage well into the skin to stimulate absorption.

Ideal after exercising and showering. Reapply as required.

For best results, apply to clean skin.

Apply anywhere on the body avoiding delicate areas such as the eyes.

Do not use on damaged or broken skin.

On initial application you may experience a slight tingling sensation. This may indicate low magnesium levels and is the result of the high-speed absorption of magnesium through the pores. This will pass with regular use and as absorption commences immediately, skin can be toweled off after massaging in.
