PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Vital® Memory & Concentration is an original Efamol® formulation containing high levels of vitamin B12, omega 3 fatty acids and phosphatidylserine combined with ginkgo biloba to support memory, concentration and healthy brain function.

RECOMMENDED USAGE
The dosage for adults (18 years and older) is one to two capsules daily.
Take with water after a meal.
